Do you know what is left per order?
Margenblick calculates honestly: purchase cost, shipping, payment and platform fees, returns, defects and advertising – and shows you the minimum price before you spend the first euro on ads.
Please note: the Margenblick tools are in German and built for people who sell online in Germany: the fee templates cover German marketplaces and payment providers, and the small-business counter follows the German VAT Act (§ 19 UStG). They are not tailored to other countries’ tax rules.

Frequently asked questions
Who is Margenblick for?
For anyone in Germany who sells goods online or plans to – own shop, eBay, Etsy, print-on-demand or dropshipping – and wants to know what is left per order before spending the first euro on advertising.
Are the tools in English?
No. Both tools and their guides are in German, because they are built around German fees, German VAT and the German small-business scheme. This page is translated so that you know exactly what you are buying.
Do I need internet access or an account?
No. The price calculator is a single file that runs offline in your browser. The workbook is an ordinary spreadsheet. There is no sign-up and no data transfer.
Are the fees correct?
The templates reflect the publicly stated standard fees on 4 November 2026, each with its source. Fees change and depend on category and contract – every field can be overwritten.
Is this tax or legal advice?
No. Margenblick is a calculation aid. The small-business counter shows the statutory limits under German law but does not replace advice.
How do I get the files?
After you order and pay with PayPal or Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit and more), we send a download link to the email address you gave PayPal or Stripe.
Can I withdraw from the purchase?
Before the download, yes. With your express consent we start delivery before the withdrawal period ends; your right of withdrawal then expires once delivery has begun. Details in the information on the right of withdrawal.
