Delivery and payment

This is a translation for your convenience. The German version is legally binding.

Delivery

All products are digital files. Once you have completed payment at PayPal or Stripe, we send you the order confirmation with the download link to the email address you gave there. Delivery time: innerhalb von 24 Stunden, meist schneller. There is no shipping and there are no shipping costs. The products are in German.

Countries

We sell to all EU countries as well as Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Switzerland, the USA and Canada. We cannot currently sell to consumers in the United Kingdom; UK business customers are welcome.

Payment

PayPal or Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit and more). With PayPal, depending on PayPal’s offer, also by card without a PayPal account; with Stripe, you enter your payment details only on Stripe’s payment page. All prices are final prices in euros; PayPal or your card issuer converts them into your currency if needed. VAT exempt under § 19 of the German VAT Act (small business scheme) – no VAT is charged.
